Uk shipping only, order before 1pm for same day dispatch Monday to Friday ( bank holidays excluded) weekend orders will be dispatched on the next working day.

All shipping costs are charged by weight, and will be added at the end of check out in your cart.

Returning Unwanted Items

If you change your mind or decide an item is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with packaging intact.

Please note that unless the item is damaged or defective, you will be responsible for covering the return postage costs.

Returning Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return postage costs for damaged or faulty items.

We may ask for a photo of the damage or defect to process your claim quickly.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team at via email to initiate your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Carefully package your items to prevent damage during transit.

3. Send the package to the return address provided by our team.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
